Authors are cordially invited to submit Full-length Paper for forthcoming edition, which original and unpublished research articles, based on theoretical or experimental research works, are solicited for publication in the journal. Submission of articles implies that the work described has not been published previously (except in the form of an abstract or academic thesis) and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere. The manuscript/ paper can be submitted through Online Submission System.

Formal Article/Paper Acceptance Requirements

To be accepted for publication in IJCSE, articles must satisfy the following criteria and will be evaluated by IJCSE editors against these criteria

  • The article is presented in an intelligible fashion and is written in IJCSE Template and Standard English.
  • The organization of the paper properly mention properly in the last paragraph of introduction Section.
  • The article should be original writing that enhances the existing body of knowledge in the given subject area. Original review articles and surveys paper, case study, technical note, and short communication are acceptable, even if new data/concepts are not presented.
  • Results reported has not been submitted or published elsewhere (although expanded versions of conference publications are eligible for submission).
  • Experiments, statistics, and other analyses are performed to a high technical standard and are described in sufficient detail.
  • Conclusions are presented in an appropriate fashion and are supported by the data.
  • All figure/Image should be showing clearly and Clearly mention figure name and numbers in increasing order
  • Equation/Formula should be in Math�s equation editor Software (equation editor software). Please do not give scanned equation/formula.
  • Tables should be in MS Word. Please do not give scanned equation/formula.
  • Appropriate references to related prior published works must be included in IJSCE/IEEE Standard.

Who is eligible to publish in IJCSE (2347-2693)?

Authors who work as academic, industry, and government leaders in R&D are eligible to publish in IJCSE (e-ISSN: 2347-2693).

Types of submissions that are highly encouraged

  • Interdisciplinary topics or applications-oriented articles that don�t fit within the scope of traditional journals
  •  Practical articles describing interesting solutions to engineering or information system design challenges
  • Development of new or improved fabrication or manufacturing techniques
  • Articles reporting new experimental or measurement techniques, including negative results
  • Reviews of new or evolving fields aimed at increasing others� understanding of these emerging topics

Common Reasons for Rejection 

Technical reasons for rejection include:

  • Incomplete data such as too small a sample size or missing or poor controls
  • Poor analysis such as using inappropriate statistical tests or a lack of statistics altogether
  • Inappropriate methodology for answering your hypothesis or using old methodology that has been surpassed by newer, more powerful methods that provide more robust results
  • Weak research motive where your hypothesis is not clear or scientifically valid, or your data does not answer the question posed
  • Inaccurate conclusions on assumptions that are not supported by your data

Editorial reasons for rejection include:

  • Out of scope for the journal
  • Not enough of an advance or of enough impact for the journal
  • Research ethics ignored such as consent from patients or approval  from an  ethics committee for animal research
  • Lack of proper structure or not following journal formatting requirements
  • Lack of the necessary detail for readers to fully understand and repeat the authors analysis and experiments
  • Lack of up-to-date references or references containing a high proportion of self-citations
  • Has poor language quality such that it cannot be understood by readers
  • Difficult to follow logic or poorly presented data.
  • Violation of publication ethics

Best Paper Award and Publication Certificate Our editorial committee will select the best paper for every Volume. The best paper award e-certificate would be awarded to the authors of the selected manuscript. Authors of published papers would be provided with e-certificates.
